Management Services
Katrina destroyed many of our rental properties. Our rental department will be managing properties as they become available.. The properties include both month to month and weekly vacation rentals.
Our services include:
- Screening process: Credit check through Equifax and personal reference checks.
- Collection of security deposits and rent money.
- Schedule minor repairs as needed; if repair is over $50 owner authorizes repair.
- Itemized monthly statements with annual recap.
- Monthly proceeds direct-deposited into owner's bank account or mailed.
- Mortgage, tax and utilities paid from owner's account.
- Courteous service, reasonable rates.

- Listing - When Ashman-Mollere lists a property, every agent in the office represents the seller. We avoid the practice of dual agency.
- Gulf Coast Multiple List Service participation allows agents across the MS Coast access to our listings and us access to theirs.
- Electronic Lock Boxes - state of the art key holders only allow agents in good standing to enter homes through computer based release.
- Familiar signs - Ashman-Mollere has been in business for generations resulting in a logo easily recognized and remembered.
- Advertising: The Real Estate Guide - Half Page Color ad (bimonthly publication). The Real Estate Book - Full Page Color Ad (monthly publication with web site- TREB.com). Sea Coast Echo - Saturday. Times-Picayune New Orleans - Saturday and Sunday for Gulf Coast Properties.
- Internet Ads: Realtor.com (through Multiple List Service); TREB.com We can also assist with For Sale by Owner transactions.
