Vacation Rental Policy

RESERVATIONS
For reservations, please call: 228-467-5454 . Due to limited availability, we can only accept reservations by phone or in person. When making reservations, it is helpful to know the dates of your planned vacation and the number of people in your party.

PROCESSING FEE
There is a $30 non refundable processing fee added to all reservations at the time the reservation is made.

DEPOSIT
All rental units require a $200 deposit, unless otherwise specified. This deposit is to hold the dates you have requested. During your stay, your deposit reverts to a damage deposit. Deposits may be made by check, money order, or by credit card. If home is left clean, damage free, and fully paid, you deposit will be returned by mail as soon as possible. Deposits made by credit card can not be credited back to your charge card, we must send you one of our company checks. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your guests. Any costs incurred by acts of vandalism or other damage to the homes and their facilities will be deducted from your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received by our office within 30 days of your arrival date, for a refund of your deposit. For cancellations without 30 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited, unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental period. Processing fees are non refundable.

CHECK IN TIME
Rental check in time is between 2 PM and 5 PM. Late arrivals after 5 PM need to contact our office for after hours check in arrangements.

RENTAL PAYMENT
Rental fees are due upon arrival. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, cheshire's check, money order or credit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. If you choose to pay your balance by personal check, payment must be received by our office 14 days prior to arrival.

CHECK OUT TIME
Check out is 10 AM on your departure date, and is strictly enforced. All keys must be returned to our office and the property completely vacated.

RENTAL CAPACITY
The rental capacity is restricted to the stated limit for each unit. We are dedicated to maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. We do not rent to party groups or persons under 21 years of age. This action will result in forfeiture of deposit and rental moneys.

FURNISHINGS
All rentals are individually owned and furnished according to each owner’s preference. All homes have cooking utensils, pots & pans and dishes. Most are equipped with coffee makers, toasters, and other miscellaneous small appliances. If you have any questions as to the contents of the home you have reserved, please contact our office. Most homes have local telephone service, the phone number is provided on your reservation confirmation. Long distance service is not provided, you will need a credit card to make long distance calls.

LINENS
Some homes have linens and towels included, others require that you bring your own. If you need linens, we have rental linens for an additional fee. If rented, 1 set of sheets per bed, 8 towels & washcloths are provided. Please be sure all rented linens are clean, folded and returned to Ashman-Mollere Realty, Inc. If your unit includes linens and you are not requesting maid service, you should be sure all linens are cleaned, folded, and placed at the foot of the bed.

ITEMS TO BRING
If not rented or supplied, you will need to bring linens & towels. You will also need to bring paper products, soap, etc. Other items to consider bringing: beach towels & chairs, detergents for sink, dishwasher & washing machine.

MAID SERVICE
End of stay minimum of $35, or as indicated by unit. Daily service is available upon advance request, at variable rates. Extra charges apply to laundry service.

PETS
NO pets are allowed in any of our rental units at any time. This will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and immediately terminates your rental contract.

MANAGEMENT
All units are individually owned and are managed by Ashman-Mollere Realty, Inc. We serve as the agent and representative of all rental owners and act at all times in the best interest of the owner. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rentals or discontinue occupancy , if in our opinion renter is detrimental to the property. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money or other valuables of any kind. We make every effort to honor your location request, however, we reserve the right to assign you to other accommodations if we find the unit is not in rental order. Rates, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
